Fundoscope is a financial data and analytics SaaS platform fully owned and operated by VS Fintech Pvt. Ltd.
The platform provides access to financial datasets, analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting features through subscription-based services.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, if any, may be processed for payments made on the Fundoscope platform.

 

1. Nature of Services

Payments made on Fundoscope are strictly for:

  • Access to financial data and analytics tools

  • SaaS platform features and dashboards

  • Custom reports and analytical modules

  • Subscription-based platform access

Fundoscope does not provide:

  • Investment advice

  • Portfolio management services

  • Buy/sell/hold recommendations

  • Guaranteed returns or performance assurance

All services are non-advisory and data-driven in nature.

 

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Services)

Due to the nature of digital SaaS services and instant access:

  • All payments made for subscriptions, platform access, tools, dashboards, or reports are non-refundable

  • Once access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be entertained

  • Users are advised to review platform features and subscription details carefully before making a payment

 

3. Exceptions (Technical Errors Only)

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Payment deducted but platform access not granted due to system failure

In such cases:

  • Users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–10 working days

  • Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of VS Fintech Pvt. Ltd.

 

4. No Wallets or Stored Funds

Fundoscope:

  • Does not maintain wallets or stored balances

  • Does not hold user funds

  • Does not allow cash withdrawals of any form

Payments are collected only for access to platform services.

 

5. Third-Party Payment Gateway

  • Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways

  • Fundoscope is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or payment service providers

 

6. Policy Updates

VS Fintech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
